Sunset Inflatables is experienced at packaging boats for shipment.All R.I.B. inflatables are shipped on pallets and are professionally wrapped. We mark the boats "top load only" . Non-RIB boats are boxed/wrapped in cardboard for shipment. Sunset Inflatables is not responsible for any damage once the boat has been delivered and signed off as received. Costs for shipping a boat for return or for warranty repair are the responsiblity of the customer. All approved returned items for credit or refunds are subject to a 3% re-stocking fee.
